We heard a few weeks ago that Nintendo was bringing an adapter for the Wii U that would allow players to use GameCube controllers for the upcoming Super Smash Bros. Now we know that the adapter, which supports up to four GameCube controllers including the WaveBird, will cost $19.99, and will launch this holiday with the Wii U version of Super Smash Bros. Also confirmed is a Super Smash Bros. themed Gamecube controller that will be available for purchase for $29.99.

Additionally, a bundle has been announced that will include a copy of Super Smash Bros. for Wii U, the GCN controller adapter, and a Super Smash Bros. themed GCN controller for $99.99.
